Welcome! I am Manny Fogel, the committed breeder and owner of Elite Golden Pups.

Together with my family—Sara and our four children—we share a deep passion for breeding Golden Retriever puppies, which brings us great happiness. Growing up in a household that bred Goldens taught me the values of responsible breeding, principles instilled by my parents in the early 1990s.

My affection for Golden Retrievers began when I trained my first puppy in obedience. Under the guidance of a master dog trainer, I discovered that I had a unique talent for working with dogs. While serving in the Army from 2001 to 2004, I focused on owning my own Goldens without pursuing it further. After receiving an honorable discharge, I obtained a Bachelor's degree in finance and a Master's degree in accounting from Fairleigh Dickinson University, followed by several years working on Wall Street. However, as my career advanced, I realized that something was missing—my true calling. Consequently, my wife and I decided it was time to leave the corporate world to prioritize both family life and my love for Golden Retrievers.

In 2022, I embarked on a mission to offer families exceptional Golden Retriever puppies. We traveled from New York to Florida to adopt sisters Belle the Princess and Phoebe Sunshine, believing they were among the finest females available due to their remarkable OFA testing results, AKC DNA profile analysis, and champion bloodlines. We also welcomed Lulu Pop into our home; she comes from an esteemed lineage known for its excellent health records and high-quality show parents.

Our breeding philosophy is rooted in expert veterinary assistance. Dr. Sylvia Bedford, a certified Theriogenologist, guides us throughout the entire process to ensure our mother dogs are adequately prepared for pregnancy before breeding occurs at the optimal time within their cycles. Each litter is treated as part of our family and is raised within our home with diligent care and socialization efforts. Family members actively contribute to meeting each puppy's needs while they benefit from weekend visits to Puppies & Yoga for enriching social interactions that enhance their developmental skills during critical stages.

Our connection with adopting families goes well beyond initial adoption; we offer ongoing support and foster community through our Elite Golden Pup WhatsApp Group. We take immense pride in our commitment to responsible breeding practices backed by professional expertise, joyfully bringing companionship into families' lives while promoting the welfare of the Golden Retriever breed.
